Yes. Zoho Recruit has a native integration with Zoho CRM that syncs candidates, job openings, clients, and contacts between the two. It's built for staffing agencies that run business development in Zoho CRM and delivery in Zoho Recruit. The catch is eligibility: it's available only in Zoho Recruit's Staffing Agency edition. Note that Zoho CRM manages client and sales relationships; nurturing candidates over time is the job of an AI Talent CRM.

In practice, a client's job order can start as a deal in CRM, become a job opening in Recruit when it's won, and sync back to CRM for invoicing once the position is filled.
1-way or 2-way sync
- 1-way sync: Zoho CRM is the primary database, and changes made there sync to Recruit. Choose this for strict control over client data.
- 2-way sync: changes in either system sync to the other.
In both modes, deleting a record doesn't sync — remove it in each system separately. If a field updates in one app but not the other, the sync type is the usual reason.
Requirements
- Edition: Staffing Agency only (not the corporate HR edition).
- Plans: Standard, Professional, Enterprise, or Zoho One (Staffing).
- Permission: the Administrator profile has it by default.
Setting it up
- In Zoho Recruit, go to Setup → Marketplace → Zoho → Zoho CRM and click Setup Now.
- Turn on the Zoho CRM integration toggle.
- Choose the sync type (1-way or 2-way).
- Select the CRM organisation to sync with, and the modules to include.
What it doesn't do
The integration keeps records aligned; it doesn't nurture anyone. Copying candidates into CRM as leads lets you use CRM email tools on them, but CRM leads are built for sales pipelines, not candidate journeys. Teams that want automated re-engagement of past candidates usually run that in a recruiting-specific CRM layer, or with Zoho Recruit's Zoho Campaigns integration for mass email.
